YardWow! Policies & Description of Services

 

Definitions

• Display - the erected YardWow! signage

• Payment - the total cost for YardWow! services

• User - individual or organization being serviced by YardWow!

• Usage Date - the date the user has requested YardWow! services.

 

Payment

1. Payment is required in advance of the User’s usage date to reserve the desired date. Payment can be made via PayPal or CashApp.

Cancellations and Refunds

1. If the user cancels a booking within five (5) days of the usage date, the user forfeits all payments.

2. If the user must cancel a booking at least five (5) days prior to the usage date, the user may elect a refund of 50% of the payment amount, or the user may credit the payment amount to a future usage date of the same, or substantially similar, services.

3. If the performance of this Agreement or any obligations hereunder is prevented, restricted or interfered with by reason of earthquake, fire, flood or other casualty or due to strikes, riot, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, terrorism, or a similar occurrence or condition beyond the reasonable control of the user or YardWow!, YardWow!, upon giving prompt notice to the user, shall, be excused from such performance during such prevention, restriction or interference, and any failure or delay resulting therefrom shall not be considered a breach of this Agreement.

4. Refunds will not be given due to the user providing incorrect address information, the user requesting YardWow! to remove the display prior to the end of prescribed usage date, YardWow! is denied access to a community, or domestic or wild animals prevent the display from being erected.

 

Liabilities

1. For the user’s safety, please do not allow anyone to play on or around the display. Our display items will not safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting or playing on them. Please discourage all persons from playing on or around the display.

2. Do not move or rearrange the display. Please do not throw display items in the garbage or vandalize our signs.  

3. If giving as a gift, please notify the recipient and inform them of the guidelines, as the user will be responsible for it.

4. Keep animals in a secure location during the scheduled setup and removal of the display.

5. Do not attach balloons or any other item to any part of the display.

   1. Attachments have the potential of causing damage to the display. (For example, balloons get hot in the sun. If a hot balloon blows against our signs, the sign may become damaged.)

6. Please protect the display from any damage that might be caused due to flying debris from lawnmowers, dogs, etc. Contact with string trimmers may cause damage as well.

   1. If the user has a landscaping or lawn care company scheduled, please arrange for them to come before the display is delivered; displays are set-up the evening prior to or the early morning of the usage date.

7. YardWow! and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person, personal property, or animal, during the setup or removal of a display caused by the user’s intentional or negligent behavior.

   1. It is best for the user and all associated individuals to remain clear of setup of the display.

8. The user assumes all financial responsibility for damaged or missing property as a result of the user’s intentional or negligent behavior.

   1. The user will receive a subsequent invoice for any documented damaged.

 

Please inform YardWow! of any information or details that would be useful in the setup of the user’s desired display. We want to make sure that the user is completely satisfied!

After the completion of display setup, YardWow! encourages the user to pose next to the display to take photographs of the celebration. However, please do not pull the display from the ground, touch the display, or manipulate the display in any way.
